“Let God Arise and let His enemies be scattered” ......Psalm 68:1

While Jeremiah was still confined in the courtyard of the guard, the word of the LORD came to him a second time: “This is what the LORD says, he who made the earth, the LORD who formed it and established it—the LORD is his name: ‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.’ For this is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says about the houses in this city and the royal palaces of Judah that have been torn down to be used against the siege ramps and the sword in the fight with the Babylonians: ‘They will be filled with the dead bodies of the people I will slay in my anger and wrath. I will hide my face from this city because of all its wickedness. “Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security. I will bring Judah and Israel back from captivity and will rebuild them as they were before. I will cleanse them from all the sin they have committed against me and will forgive all their sins of rebellion against me. Then this city will bring me renown, joy, praise and honor before all nations on earth that hear of all the good things I do for it; and they will be in awe and will tremble at the abundant prosperity and peace I provide for it.’ “This is what the LORD says: ‘You say about this place, “It is a desolate waste, without people or animals.” Yet in the towns of Judah and the streets of Jerusalem that are deserted, inhabited by neither people nor animals, there will be heard once more the sounds of joy and gladness, the voices of bride and bridegroom, and the voices of those who bring thank offerings to the house of the LORD, saying, “Give thanks to the LORD Almighty, for the LORD is good; his love endures forever.” For I will restore the fortunes of the land as they were before,’ says the LORD. Jeremiah 33:1-11 NKJV                                  “Celebrating 33+ years of service to Jesus Christ since September 1992.”

Do you know God’s telephone Number? Jeremiah 33:3 “Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.” The biblical number 3 is a blessing and special to me. The biblical definition for 33 is and associated with divine promises, spiritual maturity, and the culmination of God's plans. Jesus’ crucifixion at 33 is interpreted as the culmination of his earthly ministry and His ultimate sacrifice for our sins. Jesus arose from the grave on the 3rd day as He promised.  David reigned for 33 years in Jerusalem, symbolizing a golden age of Israel. The 33rd time Noah's name appears in Scripture marks the covenant God made with him never to destroy the world by flood again. The 33rd time Jacob's name appears is when he has a vision of a ladder to heaven. The 33rd time Abraham's name is used is when Isaac is born. (The son of promise). The number 3 is associated with the Holy Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Spirit). Often the Lord will wake me from a deep sleep to pray and when I look at the time on my cell phone it is 3:33. A billboard advertising a local attorney says calls me at 333-333-3333. Wow! That is an easy phone number to remember and yet God encourages us to call upon Him as often as we desire and He always answers our call and reveals hidden blessings. In September 1992 the Lord called me out of secular work to represent Him to those behind prison bars. Yes, that was 33 years ago. It seems as if it was yesterday. Reflecting the last 33 years the Lord Jesus has ministered to and drawn unto Himself many broken and abused souls from all walks of life. One day years ago as I was entering a cell block to minister to the inmates a guard in the control booth questioned me, “Brother Tom do you know who is in the cell block? Gang bangers, murderers, and rapist. I responded Yes, I know but there is also someone else in there. The guard responded, “who else is in there I need to check the roster to see if they are on the list.” I said, “Jesus Christ is in there and where He is I want to be with Him.” The door was opened and the inmates came to chapel service singing, clapping and raising their hands in praise. I looked back with a smile on my face and the guard shook his head in amazement. Why are we so quick to judge others? God commands us to love one another. Jesus shares the story of the Good Samaritan. Three men passed a beaten and wounded soul lying out in the middle of the road. Two religious men quickly saw him and went in other directions. A Good Samaritan came across the hurting man. He dressed his wounds, lifted him up and placed him upon his donkey and took him to local inn to provide comfort and rest until he healed. He paid all his expenses. Let us Love God, Love our neighbor and Love ourselves for God is Love.  3 in 1      Love Always, Tom & Beth
