Each morning we have bible study in our cellblock and at night during prayer call I say three letters TGD & PGD. Great!!! What does TGD & PGD mean I asked? He said, “TGD is Thank God Daily and PGD is Praise God Daily.”  Jesus often spoke truth and power with three simple words, (Come and See, It is Finished, Go and tell, Lazarus come forth, you are forgiven, Love one another). His wife, Grace Goodhue Coolidge, recounted that a young woman sitting next to Coolidge at a dinner party confided to him she had bet she could get at least three words of conversation from him. Without looking at her he quietly retorted, "You lose." In the Book of Ecclesiastes 5: 1-7 King Solomon writes: As you enter the house of God, keep your ears open and your mouth shut. It is evil to make mindless offerings to God. Don’t make rash promises, and don’t be hasty in bringing matters before God. After all, God is in heaven, and you are here on earth. So let your words be few. Too much activity gives you restless dreams; too many words make you a fool. When you make a promise to God, don’t delay in following through, for God takes no pleasure in fools. Keep all the promises you make to him. It is better to say nothing than to make a promise and not keep it. Don’t let your mouth make you sin. And don’t defend yourself by telling the Temple messenger that the promise you made was a mistake. That would make God angry, and he might wipe out everything you have achieved. Talk is cheap, like daydreams and other useless activities. Fear God instead. Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.
